I'm Brooke Voorheis, a licensed REALTOR® serving buyers, sellers, and relocating families throughout the Charlotte Metro area of North Carolina and South Carolina, with particular expertise in Fort Mill and the surrounding communities.

Before real estate, I spent 20 years in education, coaching, and leadership—an experience that continues to shape the way I serve people today. I believe my job isn't simply to help you buy or sell a home. It's to make sure you understand your options, anticipate what comes next, and have a knowledgeable advocate protecting your interests throughout the process.
